The state's aging infrastructure, including outdated school facilities, also presents challenges to program delivery. ## Readiness Requirements for Massachusetts ## To be successful, restorative justice programs in Massachusetts must demonstrate readiness to implement evidence-based practices and partner with key stakeholders, including schools, law enforcement, and community organizations. Programs must also be prepared to track and report outcomes, including recidivism rates and participant satisfaction. By prioritizing readiness, Massachusetts can ensure that funding is used effectively to build a stronger, more sustainable restorative justice system.
